How I found the power of our Breath.
In 2022, I was struggling with severe panic attacks and shortness of breath. During that time, guided meditations became a lifeline—helping me slow my breathing and find calm amidst chaos. About a year later, I discovered Holotropic Breathwork through social media, and I decided to give it a try. It was unlike anything I had experienced before—profound, powerful, and I was able to experience true peace and stillness.
In 2023, I came across Cool to be Conscious, a organization dedicated to providing tools to enhance emotional and mental wellbeing, with a strong focus on the power of breathwork. Intrigued, I signed up for their practitioner training, eager to deepen my understanding and skills.
This training was about more than just guiding others through breathwork sessions. It was an invitation to meet myself at my deepest levels—uncovering parts of myself I had buried over the years. Through a safe, supportive space, I faced and expressed the pain I carried within, diving deep into conscious connected breathing during a 5-day immersive camp.
The experience unlocked a sense of inner strength and resilience I hadn’t known before. Today, I know I can face any fear head-on, and I trust in my ability to emerge stronger and more empowered on the other side.
I’m truly excited to offer breathwork as part of my services because I believe it’s a deeply transformational tool. It has the power to unlock new levels of self-awareness, healing, and empowerment—something I’m passionate about sharing.
